What you'll be doing:

• 🌟 Client Welcome: Greet clients warmly, help them get settled, and let stylists know they're ready.
• ☕ Refreshments: Whip up delicious teas, coffees, and cold drinks for our valued clients.
• 🚿 Wash Station Pro: Master shampooing, rinsing, and applying treatments. You'll be the expert in making hair feel amazing!
• 🧹 Salon Shine: Keep our salon looking pristine by sweeping up hair, tidying products, and managing waste. A clean space is a happy space! ✨
• 📞 Reception Rockstar: Answer phones, book appointments (full training provided!), and cover reception duties when needed.
• 👀 Learn from the Best: Observe our talented stylists at work – this is a key part of your development!
• 🧼 General Salon Upkeep: Help keep our kitchen and toilet facilities sparkling clean.
• ♻️ Eco-Warrior: Change bin bags, recycle responsibly, and manage waste.
• 🎓 Dedicated Training: Attend college every Monday for your Level 2 Hairdressing qualification. Plus, we offer in-salon training sessions covering everything from cutting to colouring! ✂️🎨
• 🤝 Team Player: You might be asked to help out with other tasks as needed to ensure the salon runs smoothly. Flexibility is key!
• ✅ Health & Safety Champion: Stay up-to-date on health and safety protocols.
• 📈 Progress Updates: Regular one-to-one meetings with the Salon Owner to discuss your growth and achievements.
