What you'll be doing:
- 👋 Greeting patients with a warm welcome and making them feel right at home.
- 🗓️ Mastering appointment bookings and keeping our diaries super organized.
- 💬 Handling patient questions with confidence, whether face-to-face or on the phone.
- 💰 Processing payments accurately and keeping patient records neat and tidy.
- 🤝 Supporting our amazing dental team with all things admin.
- 🌟 Ensuring every patient has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
- 🤫 Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times – trust is key!

Key responsibilities
