What you’ll be up to:

As our IT Support Engineer Apprentice, you’ll be the first responder for anyone needing tech help. Your mission will be to:

• Deliver amazing technical support via phone 📞, email 📧, and our ticketing system.
• Log and manage all IT support requests like a pro.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity problems.
• Help resolve 1st and 2nd line technical issues.
• Crush your performance targets and service standards.
• Contribute to making our processes and tech even better.
• Team up with colleagues to give our customers the best service ever. ✨

What we’re looking for:

We need someone motivated and adaptable who’s genuinely passionate about IT and loves solving puzzles. The ideal candidate will have:

• Killer communication skills, both written and verbal. 🗣️
• A sharp, problem-solving mind with an eye for detail. 🧐
• The ability to follow instructions and rock it in a team.
• Top-notch time management and prioritisation skills. ⏰
• Loads of curiosity and a burning desire to learn. 🔥
• A full, clean UK driving licence (super important!). 🚗

• Have built or upgraded PCs yourself. 🖱️
• Experiment with tech in your free time. 💡
• Have aced online IT, networking, or cyber security courses. 📚
• Love coding, scripting, or building cool tech projects. 💻
• Are fascinated by servers and networking. ⚙️

Don't stress if you haven't done everything – we value curiosity and enthusiasm just as much as technical know-how!

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• You shouldn't have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level.
• Got relevant experience or qualifications? We’re happy to consider you if you show potential for the programme! ✨

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
