Over 15 months, you'll work towards a Food and Beverage Team Member apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills and knowledge. What you'll be doing:

Front of House:

• Welcome Warriors: Greet our customers with a warm smile and make them feel right at home. 👋
• Order Experts: Serve customers efficiently at the till, making sure you understand exactly what they're craving. 📝
• Food Ambassadors: Deliver our amazing food to Nando's high standards, leaving customers feeling 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'. 🤤
• Table Masters: Bring delicious food and drinks to the table, ensuring our customers have everything they need. 🥤
• Takeaway Pros: Manage the takeaway customer experience with speed and accuracy. 🚗
• Station Superstars: Set up, maintain, hand over, and close down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation. 🧼
• Deep Clean Champions: Handle deep cleaning tasks to Nando's exacting standards. 💪
• Safety Sentinels: Strictly follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures. ✅

Back of House:

• Culinary Creators: Prepare, cook, and serve our mouth-watering food to Nando's high standards, making customers feel 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'. 🔥
• Kitchen Commanders: Set up, maintain, hand over, and close down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation. 🔪
• Deep Clean Champions: Handle deep cleaning tasks to Nando's exacting standards. 💯
• Safety Sentinels: Strictly follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures. 🚨

Apprenticeship Details: Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service L2 including Functional Skills in Maths and English.
