Your Apprenticeship Adventure:
No boring college lectures! 😉 Your training is all on the job, with a mix of face-to-face sessions and remote catch-ups with your dedicated Learner Coach. You'll have a workplace mentor too! You'll also gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. Regular reviews will keep you on track.

This is a Chef Academy Production Chef L2 apprenticeship, including Functional Skills in Maths and English.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Communicate clearly with your team to provide high-quality meals on time
- Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions
