Your Day-to-Day:

• Be the first point of contact: Greet patients with a smile and help manage appointments. 😊
• Handle questions: Answer basic patient enquiries professionally.
• Prep like a pro: Get surgeries ready, sterilise instruments, and keep infection control on point. 🧼
• Support treatments: Assist clinicians during procedures and keep patient records updated with accuracy. ✍️
• Patient comfort: Make sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a positive dental visit. 👍
• Stock control: Keep an eye on supplies and equipment, making sure the surgery is always prepped and ready to go. 📦
• Keep it clean & safe: Maintain clinical areas to the highest standards.
• Confidentiality is key: Uphold patient privacy and dignity at all times. 🤫
• Team player: Work seamlessly with dentists and the rest of the crew to deliver safe, efficient, and quality care. 🤝
