What you'll be doing:

• Content Creation:
• Conjure up eye-catching Instagram Reels, carousels, and Stories that stop the scroll! 📱
• Develop professional LinkedIn content to boost our online presence.
• Whip up high-quality, on-brand graphics using Canva like a pro. ✨
• Email Marketing:
• Design and launch engaging Mailchimp email campaigns that get results. 📧
• Event Management Support:
• Set up and manage Eventbrite listings to ensure smooth event registrations. ✅
• Capture epic photos and videos of our events, workshops, and activities. 📸🎬
• Film compelling interviews with interesting people – think business owners, clients, speakers, and collaborators! 🎙️
• Create and edit awesome short-form videos that tell our story. 🎥
• Website & CRM:
• Keep our WordPress pages, landing pages, and sales funnels looking sharp and up-to-date. 🌐
• Maintain our CRM, keeping customer records and contact lists pristine. 📂
• Logistics & Research:
• Dive deep into research for destinations, hotels, venues, flights, and transport. ✈️🏨
• Be the point person for liaising with hotels, venues, suppliers, and customers. 🤝
• Planning & Organization:
• Help organize unforgettable business retreats and experiences. 🏖️
• Assist in the planning and preparation of all our events. 🎉
