You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to caring for babies and children up to age 5. Get ready for daily adventures filled with interactive play, exciting activities, captivating stories, and sparking children's natural curiosity. You'll create amazing learning opportunities that help them grow and develop. 🧠 With guidance from your assessor, you'll complete all your required training and coursework for your qualification. We encourage you to reflect, share fresh ideas, and embrace feedback to continuously improve learning for our little ones.

What You Bring to the Table: 🀝

  • Commitment: Ready to smash your apprenticeship!
  • Qualifications: GCSE English Grade C / Level 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2. If you don't have these yet, no worries – we'll support you to complete them alongside your apprenticeship. βœ…
  • Experience (A Bonus!): Previous work with children is fantastic, but not essential! Think Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, or Childminder experience.
  • Passion: A genuine love for making learning fun and engaging for every child. ❀️
  • Team Spirit: Ability to build strong trust and great working relationships with colleagues and parents alike. πŸ—£οΈ
  • Communication Skills: Versatile in using different communication techniques with both children and adults. πŸ’¬
