  • Championing safeguarding and always putting the children's welfare first. 🛡️

We're looking for:

  • Someone ready to take on the Level 3 Standard for the Early Years Educator.
  • Functional Skills: English and Maths at Level 2 minimum (unless you have an exemption).
  • An exciting End Point Assessment journey awaits!
  • Your training will be a mix of hands-on experience at the nursery and 4 hours of dedicated study time for coursework. 📚

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of activities.
  • Create a warm, friendly, and stimulating atmosphere for children.
  • Provide all aspects of direct care for children, including washing, changing, and feeding.
  • Act as key worker to a small group of children, recording observations and planning for them.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
