• Help plan and prepare exciting activities tailored to each child's unique needs. 🎨
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to achieve our nursery goals. 🗣️
• Provide learning experiences that boost children's confidence and independence. 💪
• Build positive relationships and be a fantastic role model, encouraging emotional well-being and self-esteem. ❤️
• Assist with observations, assessments, and keeping records of children's learning and development. ✍️
• Support children during mealtimes, including preparing food and bottles for babies with safety in mind. 🍼
• Strictly follow our Allergy and Sleep Policies to ensure every child is safe. 🛡️
• Champion inclusion and equality in everything we do. 🌈
• Be a reliable, flexible, and collaborative team player. 🤸‍♀️
