  • Learn to use resources wisely, keeping those crucial staff-to-child ratios spot on. πŸ’―
  • Develop your reflective practice skills, adapting routines to meet each child's unique needs throughout the day.
  • Master the art of planning and delivering exciting, age-appropriate activities, keeping your room buzzing with creativity and resources. 🎨
  • Learn how to observe and assess children's learning and development, keeping records sharp and sharing insights effectively (including Individual Education Plans for children with special needs). 🧠
  • Build genuine connections with your key children and support your team's key person responsibilities once you've got the hang of it. πŸ₯°

  • Carry out observations and assessment of children’s learning and development, maintaining records.
