- Creating and implementing activities based on children's next steps, observations, and interests, aligning with the EYFS framework. ๐
- Ensuring a calm and efficient room environment, delegating tasks effectively. ๐ง
- Setting up an exciting and accessible learning environment with engaging resources. โจ
- Organizing and supervising mealtimes, transforming them into positive social experiences. ๐
- Supporting children in developing self-help skills like dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene. ๐งผ
- Leading and implementing positive behavior management strategies. ๐
- Acting as a Key Person for a dedicated group of children. ๐
- Building strong relationships with parents and external agencies. ๐ค
- Being a stellar role model for staff, students, and volunteers, helping new team members integrate. ๐ฉโ๐ซ
- Utilizing observations and reflective practice to enhance provision. ๐ก
- Staying current with childcare developments through ongoing training and reading. ๐
- Prioritizing the safety and well-being of all children on the premises at all times. ๐ก๏ธ
- Providing valuable feedback to the Room Leader/Nursery Manager. ๐ฃ๏ธ

Key responsibilities
