Your Daily Missions Could Include:

• Scheduling appointments & keeping customer info on point. 🗓️
• Processing orders for glasses & contact lenses. 🛒
• Helping customers find their perfect frames and lenses. 🔍
• Taking measurements and making sure everything fits just right. 👌
• Explaining offers and services clearly and concisely. 🗣️
• Driving sales with your amazing retail skills and helpful recommendations. 💰
• Collaborating with the team to create personalized solutions. 👯‍♀️

Key responsibilities

• Manage appointments, update customer records, process orders, take payments, and support daily store operations.
• Assist customers with frame and lens selection, take measurements, fit and adjust frames, and perform minor repairs.
• Provide advice on spectacles, sunglasses, coatings, contact lenses, and accessories, offering personalised styling.
• Greet customers, carry out pre-screening tests, explain offers and services, and ensure a friendly, professional experience.
• Drive sales through strong retail skills and recommendations, while working collaboratively with the team.

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade Grade 4/C or above), Maths (grade Grade 4/C or above))
