IT Support Technician 🚀

Are you a tech whiz who loves solving problems and helping others? We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team! You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, ensuring our colleagues can work seamlessly.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for colleagues needing technical assistance. 🤝
• Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network glitches. 💻
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and all the cool accessories. 📱
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 apps, manage user accounts, and handle access permissions. ✅
• Install and maintain Windows operating systems and essential business software. 🔧
• Help out with network infrastructure, keeping everyone connected and troubleshooting issues. 🌐
• Maintain our IT equipment, keep asset registers up-to-date, and manage documentation. 📋
• Champion cybersecurity best practices, including device security, system updates, and tech rollouts. 🛡️
