  • Observing and Growing: Monitoring children's wellbeing and learning, and discussing any observations or concerns with your line manager. 👀
  • Keeping Things Tidy: Maintaining accurate records of attendance, contact information, and other important details. 📝
  • Continuous Learning: Actively participating in training courses and team meetings to expand your skills and knowledge. 📚
  • Apprentice Tasks: Successfully completing assignments, tests, and other tasks as part of your apprenticeship program. 💯
  • Team Player: Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children. 🤝
  • Following the Rules: Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of care and safety. ✅
