• Become the go-to link between our Transport Department and the rest of the team, making sure all new bookings get covered ASAP. 🤝
• Be the guardian of crucial details: ensuring every consignment has accurate collection, delivery, and customer contact info. We're talking about those out-of-hours contacts too (07:00 - 18:00)! 📞
• Chat with our awesome customers and suppliers to smooth out any loading or unloading hiccups. Your mission: dodge delays and keep those extra charges at bay. 🚫💸
• Master the art of communication: always back up your awesome verbal convos with customers via email, especially when it comes to any potential extra charges. 📧

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Transport Department to ensure new bookings are promptly covered.
• Ensure collection, delivery, and customer contact numbers are present for all consignments.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding any loading or unloading issues.
• Backup any verbal conversations with customers via email, including additional charges.
