This is your chance to learn the ropes of office operations while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship qualification! π
What you'll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact, offering a super friendly and professional vibe to everyone who walks through the door, calls, or emails β pupils, parents, visitors, and our awesome staff! π
- Answering phones like a pro and making sure everyone's queries reach the right person. π
- Cracking the whip on emails and helping with all sorts of official letters. βοΈ
- Keeping our school records in tip-top shape with accurate data entry and filing. π
- Handling paperwork like a boss: filing, scanning, photocopying, and keeping things organised. ποΈ
- Giving a hand with attendance records and making sure pupil information is spot on. π
- Helping to set up meetings and get rooms ready for action. π€
- Assisting in creating cool newsletters, letters, and other school communications. π
- Keeping our office stocked up with all the essentials. βοΈ
- Lending a hand at school events and activities β itβs all part of the fun! π
- Being a secret agent with confidential info, keeping it safe and sound, GDPR-style. π
- Tackling other admin tasks as needed by our School Business Manager and the Office Team. β

Key responsibilities
- Provide professional first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils, and staff
- Manage incoming communications, including calls and emails
