You'll work with students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), all while completing a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

What You'll Be Doing: 📝

  • Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups.
  • Working with pupils with SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • Helping students with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement.
  • Assisting with literacy, numeracy, and subject-based interventions.
  • Putting support strategies from EHCPs and behaviour plans into action.
  • Championing inclusion within the classroom and specialist provisions.
  • Helping teachers with lesson prep and learning resources.
  • Supporting targeted interventions and revision sessions.
