As our Bar and Waiting Apprentice, you'll be the star 🌟 of the show, making sure every guest leaves happy and full! Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- Work-Based Learning: No boring college days! Learn on the job with face-to-face sessions and remote check-ins with your dedicated coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have an in-house mentor. 🧑🏫
- Functional Skills: Get support for English and Maths if you need it (GCSE equivalent).
- Regular Reviews: 12-week catch-ups with your manager and coach to track your progress and get feedback.

Apprenticeship: Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service L2 (including Functional Skills in Maths and English).
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
