Your Apprenticeship Journey:

• You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.
• Learn on the job with a dedicated mentor and regular check-ins with your coach. 🧑‍🏫

Pay Rate:

• £10.85 per hour for 16-20 year olds.
• £12.71 per hour for 21+ year olds.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating the service cycle, products, and offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations that cater to the specific needs and preferences of each guest.
• Ensure fast and efficient service, handling any guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain open communication with the entire team to ensure outstanding service and provide assistance to other team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor, and toilet areas.
