Key responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering everyday moments and stand-out occasions.
- Lead and motivate colleagues, ensuring a joyful experience for guests.
- Work with wider management to ensure efficient and profitable business operations.
- Execute daily operational tasks including opening, closing, stocking, and cashing up.
- Act as a role model for customer service and manage shifts effectively.
