Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- Work-Based Training: 📚 No college needed! Learn on the job with face-to-face sessions and remote check-ins with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have a dedicated in-house mentor.
- Functional Skills: ✍️ Get support with English and Maths if you need it (equivalent to GCSEs).
- Regular Feedback: 🔄 We'll check in every 12 weeks with you, your manager, and your coach to review your progress.
