What you’ll be doing:

• Bringing your awesome ideas to team meetings. 💡
• Whipping up, cooking, and presenting dishes super fast, safely, and to our high standards. 🍽️
• Making sure guests are happy and handling any questions like a pro. 😎
• Keeping our kitchen and back-of-house areas sparkling clean and organised. ✨
• Getting ready for service, managing stock, and prepping ingredients. 📦
• Staying in the loop with what’s new and exciting in our business. 📰
• Participating in awesome training sessions, both online and in-person. 📚
• Following all our rules and making sure everything is safe and sound. ✅

No experience? No problem! 🙌 We’ll teach you everything you need to know if you’re keen to learn, passionate about cooking, and want to be part of something special.

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

Over 15 months, you'll work towards a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship standard. You'll be working full-time in the kitchen, learning from experienced chefs, and earning a nationally recognised qualification. 🏆 Plus, you'll gain essential English and Maths skills if needed!

Wage:

• 18-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
• 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
• Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service.
• Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
