• Supporting residents with their activities and hobbies, helping them engage with life. 🎨
• Assisting with medication administration following thorough training and company guidelines. 💊

• Building strong, honest relationships with residents, treating them with respect, dignity, and equality. ✨
• Keeping clear, confidential records and sharing information appropriately with the team. 📝

• Staying up-to-date with essential training and company policies. 📚
