As an Apprentice Nandoca, you'll be diving headfirst into a 15-month Food and Beverage Team Member apprenticeship, where you'll learn, grow, and develop like never before. What you'll be doing:
Front of House Vibes:
- Warmest welcomes: Greet our customers with a smile and make them feel right at home. 👋
- Till skills: Serve customers efficiently at the till, tuning into exactly what they need. 💳
- Foodie magic: Serve up our legendary Nando's dishes to perfection, leaving customers feeling 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'! 🔥🤩
- Table service excellence: Bring delicious food and drinks to tables, ensuring our guests have everything they could wish for. 💯
- Takeaway champs: Master the takeaway customer experience. 🥡
- Station setup & shine: Set up, maintain, and close down a sparkling clean, safe, and fully operational workstation. 🧼
- Deep cleaning duties: Tackle deep cleaning to our super high Nando's standards. 🧽
- Safety first: Strictly follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols. 🛡️
Back of House Brilliance:
- Kitchen wizards: Prepare, cook, and serve our amazing food, hitting those Nando's high standards to leave customers feeling 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'! 🍳🔥🤩
