Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- No Boring College Lectures! 📚➡️🏠 Our training is all on-the-job, with face-to-face sessions and remote check-ins with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you’ll have an in-house mentor for daily support.
- Boost Your Brainpower: Get help with English and Maths Functional Skills if needed. 🧠
- Regular Check-ins: We’ll have reviews every 12 weeks with you, your manager, and your coach to make sure you’re smashing it.

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
- Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and address issues promptly.
