Your Apprenticeship Adventure Includes:
No boring college lectures here! You’ll get a hands-on, work-based apprenticeship with:
- Regular face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks.
- A supportive mentor right there in the workplace. 🤝
- Functional Skills in English and Maths support (if needed). 📚
- Regular feedback sessions every 12 weeks with your coach and manager to keep you on track. 📈

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
