Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- Learning on the job: No boring college days! 🙌 You'll train through hands-on work, with regular catch-ups (face-to-face and virtual) with your Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. 🧑🏫
- Skills for life: Gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if you need them (GCSEs or equivalent). 📚
- Regular check-ins: Every 12 weeks, you'll have feedback sessions with your Apprentice, Line Manager, and Learner Coach. 🔄
