Job Title: Hospitality Apprentice - Bar & Waiting πβ¨

Important Note: Due to the nature of this role, including the sale of alcohol within a licensed premises, you must be 18 years or older to apply. This ensures we can fully meet all legal requirements and operational needs. π

You'll master our menu, share your favourite recommendations, and inject your unique personality into every interaction, making sure guests can't wait to return. What You'll Be Doing:
- Guest Guru: Greet guests warmly, explain our service, showcase our amazing products, and highlight any special offers or events. π
- Personalised Service: Offer spot-on recommendations tailored to each guest's tastes and preferences. π―
- Valued Guests: Make regulars feel special by remembering their preferences and having genuine conversations. π€
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure everyone is loving their meal and encourage feedback through our guest experience survey.
- Super Service: Deliver fast, efficient service and handle any questions or issues like a pro. β‘
- Team Player: Communicate openly with the entire team, fostering a supportive vibe and always lending a hand. π

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
Youβll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. As a full-time bar and waiting apprentice, youβll gain a nationally recognised qualification while helping to run our amazing businesses and create unforgettable guest moments!
What Your Apprenticeship Includes:
- Work-Based Training: No college required! Your learning happens on the job, with support from a dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach via face-to-face sessions and remote calls every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have a mentor right in the workplace! π§βπ«
- Functional Skills: Get support for English and Maths if you don't already have GCSEs or equivalents. ββ
- Regular Reviews: Catch-ups every 12 weeks with your coach and manager to discuss your progress and get feedback. π

Hourly Wage:
- 18-20 year olds: Β£10.85 per hour π°
- 21+ year olds: Β£12.71 per hour π°

Key responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, our products and any special offers or events.
- Provide personalised recommendations that cater to the specific needs and preference of each guest.
- Provide a fast and efficient service and ensure any guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
