Your Apprenticeship Adventure includes:
- No boring college lectures! Learn on the job with work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You'll also have a workplace mentor cheering you on. 🎓
- Boost your English and Maths skills with tailored support if needed (no GCSEs required!). 📚
- Regular 12-week reviews with your Line Manager and Learner Coach for feedback and growth. 🌱

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
