What you'll be doing:
- Greeting guests with a huge smile and sending them off with a wave 👋. You'll be the go-to for all things menu, specials, and events!
- Becoming a menu guru, offering personalized suggestions based on what our guests love. 🧑🍳
- Making our regulars feel extra special by remembering their faves and having a good chat. 🗣️
- Ensuring everyone's having a brilliant time and gathering their feedback. 💯
- Serving up speedy, top-notch service and handling any queries or issues like a pro. 🚀

This is a full-time role where you'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. Under the guidance of our passionate teams, you won't just gain a nationally recognised qualification; you'll be a vital part of our success, creating unforgettable moments for our guests! 🎉

Key responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, our products and any special offers or events.
- Provide personalised recommendations that cater to the specific needs and preference of each guest.
- Provide a fast and efficient service and ensure any guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
