What you'll be doing:
- Project Viability Analysis: Help us crunch the numbers and assess the potential of various refurbishment and development projects. π
- Quote Coordination: Get hands-on with organising quotes for essential repairs and maintenance across our diverse property portfolio. π οΈ
- On-Site Project Management: Take the lead on smaller on-site projects like landscaping, signage updates, and minor building works. π³
- Dilapidations Support: Work alongside our expert building surveyors to manage end-of-lease dilapidations on commercial properties. π€
- Land Information Gathering: Play a key role in establishing baseline information for undeveloped land, which might involve assisting with commissioning ground investigations and surveys. πΊοΈ
- Opportunity Assessment: Support the team in evaluating new property and land opportunities. π‘
- Infrastructure Pricing: Assist in pricing up vital infrastructure projects. ποΈ
- Project Tracking & Reporting: Keep our project trackers up-to-date and report progress to the Directors. π

Key responsibilities
- Assisting to cost various refurbishment/development opportunities
- Organising quotes for repairs and maintenance relating to property assets
- Overseeing small on-site projects
- Assisting in managing end of lease dilapidation works on commercial properties
- Maintaining project trackers for ongoing developments and reporting progress to Directors
