What You'll Be Tackling (Spoiler: It's gonna be fun!):
- Answering calls, emails, and all sorts of member enquiries – be the friendly voice! 🗣️
- Helping new members sign up and get settled in – making them feel right at home. 🤗
- Being the go-to for party and event bookings – think epic birthdays, private hires, and cool classes! 🎉
- Keeping our customer records spick and span in our databases. 💻
- Lending a hand to organize and coordinate awesome events and workshops. 🎨
- Boosting our social media and marketing game – let's get the word out! 📣
- Crafting engaging newsletters, killer posts, and all sorts of promo content. ✍️
- Handling the day-to-day admin that keeps our club running like a well-oiled machine. ⚙️
- Managing our stock and supplies – from sorting materials to prepping for events and daily ops. 📦
- Making sure all our areas are perfectly stocked, looking amazing, and ready for our members! 💯
