What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of our specialist team, you'll dive into the world of solvent liquidations for businesses across the UK. You'll play a vital role in supporting the Teesside Restructuring team by:

  • ✍️ Assisting with drafting essential documentation for company liquidations.
  • 📊 Documenting and tracking compliance throughout the entire process with the guidance of our management team.
  • 📞 Handling incoming calls and correspondence, and drafting letters and reports.
  • 📁 Supporting managers and the wider team with their case portfolios, including producing statutory paperwork and other legal documents.
  • 💻 Managing 'take on' administration processes and diligently maintaining files.
  • 📈 Keeping our case management system and other software up-to-date to track statutory compliance and transactions.
  • 🗓️ Managing diaries and scheduling important meetings, both internally and with clients.
  • 💰 Producing time cost summaries for statutory reports.
  • 📱 Answering the main office phone during busy periods, transferring calls, and relaying messages.
