What's the Gig?

You'll snag a nationally recognised qualification while learning on the job and earning cash. 💰 It's the ultimate "earn and learn" experience! We start with a paid 5-week trial to figure out your strengths, then we'll match you with the perfect apprenticeship program. 🎯 You'll be working towards either a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out child initiated and adult led play activities supporting children’s individual needs and interests
• Provide play activities which encourage and promote children’s numeracy, literacy and language development
• Undertake the role of the key person to help children feel safe, secure and valued
• Carry out observations and use these effectively to understand the changing needs of their individual key children and plan for their interests
• Carry out care routines such as nappy changing, toileting, hand washing and feeding routines with care, respect and compassion
