About the role

Childcare Champion ✨

Join our awesome team and be a superhero for kids! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ You'll be their go-to person, building super strong connections with parents and carers 🤝, making sure every child's unique needs are seen and totally met. We're all about teamwork here, so you'll be working hand-in-hand with families to support their little ones. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Got a worry about a child's health, well-being, or even if the toys are super safe? 🧐 Speak up to the manager – your insights are crucial, and we always keep things confidential. 🤫

Get ready to teach and inspire! You'll be leading engaging activities and creating amazing play experiences that spark curiosity and learning. 🎨🎶 We're super serious about keeping our kids safe, so you'll be a pro at child protection procedures. 🛡️

We also want you to be a team player! 🎉 Participate in meetings, share your ideas, and always be ready to grow. We encourage you to level up your skills with training and take charge of your own development. 🚀
