This isn't just a job; it's your ticket to real-world IT expertise! You'll be working towards a fully funded IT Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship, backed by the government. ๐
What You'll Be Doing:
- Getting software and hardware set up, tested, and installed. โ
- Providing super-helpful remote and on-site tech support to our clients. ๐
- Troubleshooting and fixing IT issues like a pro. ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ
- Building, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, and network gear. โ๏ธ
- Handling cabling installations (Cat6/7 and fibre). ๐งต
- Assisting with user accounts, software installs, and system setups. ๐
- Helping us level up our IT systems and processes. โจ
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who's a self-starter, pays attention to the little details, and is always eager to learn more. ๐ง
- Great organisational and time management skills to keep everything running smoothly. โฑ๏ธ
- A genuine passion for IT and a knack for problem-solving. Bonus points if you've tinkered with Windows 10/11, networking, or hardware before! ๐ก
- Comfortable using tools like MS Office, Active Directory, or remote access software (experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker!). ๐ฑ๏ธ
- A full UK driving licence is a must for those on-site client visits! ๐
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grade 3+ (D or above).
- You shouldn't have already completed a qualification at the same or a higher level in a similar subject.
- If you have a mix of qualifications and experience that show you're ready, you could still be considered!

Your Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week. We offer flexibility, with some weekend availability needed. ๐๏ธ
