What You'll Be Doing:

• Becoming a wizard with key digital systems like Aptem (our learner hub 🌟), Walled Garden (for exams 📚), and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams 💻).
• Mastering Aptem to ensure our learners have a smooth onboarding experience. 🤝
• Being the go-to person for new digital explorers, answering their questions and guiding them through our platforms.
• Teaming up with awesome colleagues to keep learner and employer info accurate and secure across all systems. ✅
• Helping with all things functional skills, from booking exams to tracking results. 📈
• Keeping a close eye on learner progress, making sure everything from inductions to certifications is spot on.
• Managing important digital documents, from agreements to onboarding paperwork. 📂

What We're Looking For:

• A can-do attitude and a hunger to learn. 💪
• Sharp attention to detail and killer organisation skills. 🎯
• Decent IT skills (email, Word, Excel – you know the drill).
• Great communication skills, both written and spoken. 🗣️
• The ability to rock it solo or as part of a super team. 👯
• Someone reliable, who takes initiative and gets things done. ⭐

Your Training & Development:

• Full support for your SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support.

Working Hours:

Key responsibilities

• Use and develop expertise in key digital systems.
• Ensure accurate completion of learner onboarding workflows and data maintenance.
• Act as a first point of contact for digital onboarding support, resolving basic platform queries.
• Maintain learner and employer data across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Support functional skills processes including exam bookings, registrations, and results tracking.
