What you'll be doing:
- Assisting clients with personal care, making sure they feel comfortable and respected. ๐
- Following care plans to provide tailored support. ๐
- Helping clients with mobility and any physical challenges they face. ๐ถ
- Providing compassionate End of Life Support. โค๏ธ
- Boosting clients' mental and physical well-being through engaging conversations and activities. ๐ฃ๏ธ๐
- Helping with light household tasks like tidying and laundry. ๐งบ

What you need:
- A driving license and your own vehicle are a must! ๐๐จ

Upon successful completion of this 12-month apprenticeship, you'll earn your Adult Care Worker (Level 2) Apprenticeship qualification! ๐

Note: This role involves tasks related to personal care, domestic duties, and supporting independence, but will not include tasks typically performed by a registered nurse. Specialized tasks will only be undertaken once you have received appropriate training.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with all personal care needs, including undressing, washing, bathing, and toileting.
- Provide support for daily living activities such as transportation, meals, and minimal domestic tasks.
- Promote the mental and physical well-being of clients through engagement in activities and community access.
- Follow individual care plans and maintain current, accurate, confidential client records.
- Identify and escalate any concerns, changes, or client needs and safeguard clients from abuse.
