What You'll Be Doing (Your Mission):

What You'll Need to Succeed (Your Toolkit):

  • Academic Essentials: GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science at Grade 7 or above, and Grade 4/C or above in all other subjects. This is a must-have! βœ…
  • Bonus Points: A-Levels at Grade C or above in IT or Computer Science would be fantastic! πŸ’―
  • Tech Savvy & Curious: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools is great. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in hardware, software, troubleshooting, customer support, data, and exciting emerging tech like AI. πŸ€–
  • Team Player & Go-Getter: Excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work safely and responsibly, both solo and with the team. Your Apprenticeship Journey:

This is a developmental role within our Darlington IT department. You'll work 4 days a week onsite, with 1 day dedicated to your college/training provider studies. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet business needs. Upon successful completion, you'll earn a Level 3 – Information’s Communications Technician qualification. πŸŽ“
