You'll be the right-hand person to our Operations Manager, helping to keep multiple projects on track and running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact from the get-go! 🛠️

What you'll be doing:

  • Keeping our master project tracker up-to-date, meticulously recording every deliverable, who owns it, when it's due, what it depends on, approvals, and any overdue actions. 📝
  • Coordinating crucial design actions, chasing up Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and decisions. You'll be the go-to person for responses and will escalate issues when needed. 📣
  • Preparing essential meeting materials like packs, agendas, and minutes, ensuring they are distributed promptly and that actions are closed out within deadlines. ⏱️
  • Maintaining our risk, opportunity, and interface trackers, flagging any potential threats, limitations, or decisions that need senior attention. ⚠️
  • Creating clear and concise weekly project and portfolio dashboards that highlight progress, approvals, timelines, risks, quality, and information status. 📊
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal teams, clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure everyone's on the same page and deliverables are moving forward. 🤝

What we're looking for:
