What you'll be doing:
You'll be an integral part of our dental practice, working alongside our experienced dentists and team. Your role will be super varied and crucial to providing top-notch patient care. Expect to:
- ๐ฆท Provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to our dentists.
- ๐ Handle reception duties: greeting patients with a smile, answering calls, and managing patient queries.
- ๐ฐ Process payments and keep records up-to-date.
- ๐ Book appointments and manage follow-ups.
- ๐งฝ Sterilise and prepare vital equipment for procedures.
- ๐ Maintain patient records accurately.
- ๐ Support patients' wellbeing and ensure they have a positive dental experience.
- ๐งน Keep dental areas, including chairs, clean and tidy.
- ๐ฆ Manage stock of equipment and supplies.
- ๐ค Assist dentists and the senior team in all aspects of patient care.

Important requirements:
- Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ๐ก๏ธ

Your practical training will happen right here at the dental surgery, with off-site learning for your qualification. ๐ Functional Skills will be provided if needed.
