Who's This For?

This amazing opportunity is for individuals aged 16–21. 🎉

Are you aged 22–24? You might still be eligible if you're a care leaver, a prisoner or ex-prisoner, or have an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan.

Sadly, due to government rules, applicants aged 25 and over can't join this programme.

What You'll Be Doing:

Get ready to dive into real-world aerospace! You’ll be:

  • Working alongside super-skilled pros on actual aircraft parts. ✈️
  • Testing cool systems and using awesome tools and tech. 🛠️
  • Learning essential skills like machine operation, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork. 🤝
  • Seeing your work directly contribute to planes taking flight! 🌍

Your Journey: A 3-Year Adventure!

  • Year 1: Foundation Builder 🏗️

You'll kick off with an Engineering and Manufacturing Foundation Apprenticeship, building key skills, knowledge, and confidence through a killer mix of classroom learning and hands-on practice.

  • Year 2: Explore & Grow 🌱

Get hands-on experience across different areas like our Integrated Machine Facility, Systems, Assembly, and Treatments. You'll work on real projects, learn new skills, and start figuring out your niche, all while working towards your Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship.

  • Year 3: Specialise & Achieve 🏆

Your final year is all about mastering specialist skills in a dedicated placement and getting ready for your final assessment. You'll leave with your apprenticeship complete and a career-ready skillset!
