• Rule Follower, Fun Maker: ✅ Stick to JCA's safety rules and guidelines like a pro. You'll be on the lookout for anything that needs reporting, and yes, you might need to pull out your first aid skills! 🩹
• Guest Vibes: 👋 Create a super welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels awesome. Chat with guests, answer their questions with a smile, and make them feel totally taken care of. 😊
• Team Player: 🤝 High-five with your fellow instructors and team leaders to keep everything running smoothly. Be ready to learn, share your ideas, and keep the team spirit high! 🙌

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging, and professional activity sessions in line with company standards.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and activity bases, ensuring readiness and safety.
• Adhere to safety policies and operational guidelines, including providing first aid and assisting with incident reporting.
• Enhance guest experience by creating a welcoming environment, building rapport, and professionally addressing queries.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to ensure smooth operations.
