• Being the friendly face at reception – greeting patients and answering calls with a smile. 👋📞
• Handling patient questions and making sure everyone feels heard. 🤔
• Processing payments like a pro. 💰
• Mastering appointment bookings and follow-ups. 🗓️
• Keeping our equipment sparkling clean and ready for action. ✨
• Managing patient records like a secret agent. 🤫
• Ensuring patients have the best darn dental experience ever! 😄
• Keeping our dental areas spotless, especially the chairs. 🪑
• Keeping our supplies stocked up so we never run out. 📦
• Basically, anything it takes to help our dentists and senior team deliver top-notch patient care! 🚀

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to the dental surgery.
• Perform reception duties, including patient interaction and appointment management.
• Sterilise and prepare equipment for dental procedures.
• Accurately record and manage patient records.
• Maintain cleanliness of dental areas and manage stock of supplies.
