• Handling payments like a boss. 💰
• Mastering appointment booking and follow-ups, keeping everyone on track. 🗓️
• Becoming a sterilization ninja, prepping equipment so our dentists are always ready. ⚔️
• Keeping patient records pristine and up-to-date. 📝
• Being a champion for patient comfort and making their dental journey a great one. 🤗
• Keeping our dental areas, including those comfy chairs, sparkling clean. ✨
• Managing our stock like a supply chain wizard. 📦
• And basically, lending a hand wherever needed to support our dentists and senior team, ensuring top-notch patient care! 💪

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to the dental surgery.
• Manage reception duties, including patient interaction, queries, payments, and appointments.
• Sterilise and prepare equipment for dentists.
• Record and manage patient records.
• Maintain cleanliness of dental areas and manage stock of equipment and supplies.
