What you'll be doing:

• Be the ultimate sidekick in the dental surgery, providing top-notch support. 💪
• Tackle a bit of everything across the practice, from greeting patients at reception with a friendly smile 👋 to keeping our equipment spotless and ready for action. 🧼
• Handle patient questions like a pro and make sure they feel comfortable and well-cared for. 😊
• Manage appointments, keeping our schedule on track. 🗓️
• Keep our patient records accurate and confidential. 📝
• Ensure our dental areas are always clean and hygienic. 🌟
• Keep our supplies stocked up so we never run out of what we need! 📦

What we're looking for:

• Someone who's 19 or older (insurance policies, you know! 😉).
• A reliable and efficient team player who loves a challenge.
• Great communication skills and a passion for helping people. ❤️

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to the dental surgery.
• Manage reception duties, including patient greetings, phone calls, queries, payments, and appointments.
• Sterilise and prepare equipment for dentists and maintain cleanliness of dental areas.
• Record and manage patient records, and support patients' wellbeing and dental experience.
• Manage stock of equipment and supplies and provide general support to the dental team.
