What you'll be doing:
- Working 40 hours a week, with shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM on a rota.
- Playing a key role in providing exceptional education and childcare.
- Helping to create and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities. ๐จ
- Keeping track of children's progress and sharing updates with parents. ๐
- Collaborating with parents and staff to ensure every child feels included. ๐ค
- Following all policies and procedures to maintain our high standards. โ
- Championing child safeguarding at all times. ๐ก๏ธ
- Being a supportive team player and pitching in wherever needed โ even with snacks and cleaning! ๐๐งผ
- Attending important events like training sessions and staff meetings. ๐๏ธ
- Ensuring a safe and positive environment for all children. โจ
- Handling toileting, mealtimes, and changing needs with care. ๐

Key responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with staff and effectively communicate with parents/carers.
