Location: Ground Floor, 21-25 Union Street, Torquay, Devon TQ1 1ES
Hours: 39 hours per week 🗓️
Shifts: Flexible 🔄
Salary: £9.75 per hour 💰

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the buzz! 🌟 You'll:
- Serve customers with a huge smile, sharing our awesome Star Buys.
- Make sure everyone leaves the store feeling amazing! 😊
- Help keep our store looking its best and fully stocked. 📦
- Play a key role in smashing our store targets. 🎯
- This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never boring and packed with learning opportunities. We see our Apprentices as future Team Leaders, and we'll give you the training and support you need to grow! 🌱
Your Training Journey:
Your training happens in-store over the first 12 months – no college or homework needed! 📚🚫 By the end, you'll have a discussion and observation to show off your skills, achieving your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. Your team and tutor will be there to support you every step of the way. 🤝

Are You Eligible?
You qualify if you:
- Have a Grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths. 🎓
- Are not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
- HAVE NOT completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- Are eligible to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Are brand new to the world of retail! 👋
