Key responsibilities
- Act as a key person for children, liaising effectively with parents/carers.
- Teach and support children, offering stimulating play experiences.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children, following child protection procedures.
- Advise the manager of any concerns regarding health, safety, or well-being.
- Actively participate in meetings and undertake personal and professional development.
